Attending Julie McCoy's Footwork Camp was a new beginning for me! I have incorporated the things I learned at camp into my game and training regime, and as a result, I have seen monumental improvements in my individual rugby skills and my physical abilities. I have a new found confidence in taking on an opponent and making decisions with ball-in-hand.

I have been playing rugby for 7 years, achieving small incremental improvements in my game over that time, but I believe Footwork Camp allowed me to reach a whole new level. The combination of Footwork Camp and Ross Strength and Speed, has provided me with the knowledge to take on any competitor and the physical strength and agility to execute the game plan." .
