Camp begins promptly at 6:00 PM on Friday January 12th, and ends at 2PM Sunday January 14th. You MUST be present at the Friday evening session.

Venue Details

Camp will be held in the City of Philadelphia at a Philadelphia area universtiy. Exact venue details are being finalized. Prior to camp you will recieve detailed information complete with directions, lodging, and other preparatory information.

Refund Policy

You can change names on your registration at any time with no penalty. Full refunds are available for cancellations 2 weeks prior to the event. A $100 penalty will be assessed for cancellations 1 week prior to the event. Due to the costs associated with venue scheduling and air reservations, no refunds will be available for cancellations less than a week before the event.
