Since 2002, Mark has been an Assistant Coach/Developmental coach for USA Rugby's Women's National Seven's Team, and Head Coach of the Midwest Women's All Star Seven's Team.

Mark has been coaching men and women in 7's and 15s since 1998. He's worked in the Chicago and Midwest area with the Chicago Blaze, Chicago North Shore, and the South Side Irish.

Mark has held either Head Coach or Assistant Coach positions for the Chicago Area Rugby Football Union and the Midwest Rugby Football Union.
