Julie McCoy had dedicated herself to the growth and development of US and women's rugby for nearly 15 years. She began working with the US Eagles in 1999, and has been staff to both 15's and 7's programs ever since. Julie is currently the Head Coach for the USA Rugby Women's National 7's Team (the Eagles).

Julie has a track record of positive results at the Club and Territorial Select Side level, both in 7's rugby and 15's. She is committed to bringing those results to the US Women's 7's Program. Through local rugby footwork camps, she intends to bring elite training methods to the grass roots rugbyplayer.

Julie McCoy completed her M.D. at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, with residency and fellowship work in Neurology at Tulane, LA. She currently the President of Neurology of Arkansas, a full service Neurology Medical Practice.
