About Rugby Footwork Camps ...
Previously available only to elite USA players, rugby footwork camps are the brainchild of USA Women's Sevens Head Coach Julie McCoy.

Coach McCoy has been working with the top rugby athletes in our country, bringing their performance to new heights through the study of "footwork". Now, for the first time ever, Rugby Footwork Camps are available to the public on a fee basis.

The two and 1/2 day rugby footwork camps provide an athlete with training techniques and tools to bring their running rugby to a new level.

• Advanced techniques in weight, band, and plyometrics training
• Offensive running and decision making for ball carriers and support runners
• Defensive running and decision making for defenders.
